Structured Family Care

Family Visit

  • Structured family caregiving is provided in a private residence where the caregiver and client reside and affords all the rights, dignity, and qualities of living in a private residence including privacy, comfortable surroundings, and the opportunity to modify one’s living area to suit one’s individual preferences. Structured Family Care offers:

  • Home and community assistance care services related to needed IADLs 

  • Attendant care services related to needed ADLs

  • Escorting to necessary appointments, such as transporting individuals to doctor appointments and community activities that are therapeutic in nature or assists with maintaining natural supports 

  • Unskilled respite for the family caregiver for a maximum of 15 days per calendar year will be provided by Allegiant Care Plus  

  • Caregiver support and training (Minimum 8 hours annually); Allegiant Care Plus provides individualized training for our caregivers and clients to ensure personalized learning.
